Shop Policies

Each arrangement is a custom order designed by one of our experienced designers. The photos shown are representative examples of our work. Art and floral design are subjective, and we do not exchange or refund based upon a customer not ‘liking’ their arrangement. If the quality of the flowers is not as expected, the customer must call within 24 hours of receipt and send photos so that next steps can be taken.
